What we expect, and what you can expect from us
Clear standards keep our drivers and our community safe.
Attendance expectations
- Show up for your scheduled work block, ready for the daily stand-up.
- If something comes up, tell your dispatcher as early as possible so your route can be covered.
- Reliability matters. We screen for it and recognize it, because customers and teammates count on you.
Safety expectations
- Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections every day. They are non-negotiable.
- Wear your safety attire and follow our safety standards on every route.
- Expect coaching first: in-cab data is reviewed daily and used to help you improve, with ride-alongs from Mentor Drivers.
- No package is worth risking someone's life.
