Horizon Logistics is a safety-first Amazon Delivery Service Partner launching at the Williamsport Delivery Station, now building its first team of drivers in Washington County, Maryland.
Who we are
Horizon Logistics LLC is more than a fleet of vans and a route sheet. It is a commitment to running last-mile delivery with financial discipline, hands-on safety oversight, and a genuine investment in the people doing the work.
Founder Zafar Ishaq brings 19+ years of experience as a CFO, construction project manager, and retail team leader, plus a medical education that taught calm, structured decisions under pressure. He will be present in Williamsport every day, not managing from a distance.
